Watching TV is not recommended, but since everyone has a TV in their homes, lets watch targeted movies or documentary. A sports movie, a documentary about athletes, a football TV SHOW like ”Last Chance U” on Netflix. 

For music listen to motivational gym music, a fast beat which will raise your heart beat and give’s you the need to move.

Add some confident people into your friends list, not only social media but especially in person. Your chance of respecting you exercise will gain a great momentum, when you have a good influence around you. Your diet will change because ill become vital in the conversation, you will be always on the go and visit places you never knew existed in your city.
