The only 2 foods you are allowed to consume during the day are water and dates. Dates are a beneficial fruit containing many vitamins and nutrients, high in sugar, fiber, minerals, phytonutrients, and vitamin C if fresh. They also contain potassium, magnesium, iron, and small amounts of protein and fat. Dates also help for hunger, having the ability to suppress craving, you can easily go on with your fasting with no hicks.
Depending on the technique that suits you the best, you will feel and see some benefits after a month or two of weekly fasting (once a week, preferably Saturday), better sleep, easier digestion or weight loss.
