Places I’ve Been Photo Contest Winner Named
AAA Central Penn congratulates Robert C. Hinkle of Lancaster who won the second annual Places I’ve Been Photo Contest. Hinkles’s photo, "Canterbury England" received the most votes in ballots at the Vacation Show, March 25, as well as those cast on the www.aaatouch.com website.

Hinkle won prizes worth more than $2,700, including:
- A custom digital hearing aid (retail value $2,250) from Rx Hearing, Lancaster
- A $200 Visa Check Card From AAA Central Penn
- A $100 Gift Certificate to the AAA Central Penn Travel Store
- A regular membership renewal to AAA Central Penn
- Two adult complimentary tickets to Sight & Sound Theaters, Lancaster, (value $90)
- Two tickets to the MainStage Series of Theater of the Seventh Sister, Lancaster (value $40)
Second place went to Megan A. Fisher of New Cumberland for "Eternal Passage." She will receive a prize package worth $186, including:
- Dinner and a show for two at the Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre, Lancaster (retail $96)
- A $50 Gift Certificate to the AAA Central Penn Travel Store
- Two tickets to the MainStage Series of Theater of the Seventh Sister, Lancaster (value $40)
Third place goes to "The Gossips" by Estelle Hartranft of Harrisburg. She will receive:
- Tickets for four to the National Christmas Center, Paradise (retail up to $38)
- A $25 Gift Certificate to the AAA Central Penn Travel Store
- Two free games of miniature golf at Village Greens Golf, Strasburg (retail $15)
- A deluxe duffel bag from Dunham’s Sports, Harrisburg & Mechanicsburg
A panel of judges, including professional photographer K.H. Klein, director of Gallery dePaul, narrowed the entries to 10. The runners up can be seen on the next page. We thank the Show Your Card & Save vendors who provided prizes.
