The full-service personal lines agency offers auto, home, life and health insurance.

Russ Williams has been writing insurance for 34 years. He is looking forward to retirement in the not-too-distant future, when he and his wife of almost 42 years, Rosann, plan to downsize and travel. They have three children and five grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with family and "reading a good book," Russ said. He is a big Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoys going to most of the home games with his youngest son.

Pam Barr has worked for AAA Insurance since its inception in 1994. "I genuinely like my work," she said, "especially my coworkers and the clients I am able to meet and work with."

Pam and her husband Brian moved to the area in 1993. They enjoy visiting historical areas; Williamsburg is one of their favorites. They also like to visit family in Maryland and Florida. And involvement in their local church is very important to them.

Columbia native Donna Fischer said she loves working for AAA and considers her coworkers family. She enjoys the insurance industry even though it is very challenging at times. "It keeps the brain charged and always working, she said.

Donna has two children, Kaitlyn, 12, and Andrew, 10. "You can find me running all over the county for my children’s sporting events," she said.

Barb Veith has been with AAA Insurance since October 1997. She said that she enjoys working for AAA and gets along great with her coworkers. "The whole environment of the agency is one of care and concern for our customers," Barb said, adding that she particularly enjoys working one-on-one with customers.

Barb is married and the mother of two children. She is looking forward to her youngest graduating in June and heading to college in August and her oldest daughter getting married in September. Barb serves on several church committees and enjoys helping at the volunteer fire company fund-raiser dinners. She enjoys making crafts, baking and collecting cookbooks.

Mike Bastendorf, manager of the Lancaster area for the Insurance Agency, has been working in insurance for the last 15 years, 13 of them at AAA. "Having the staff that I have is a blessing," he said. "We would love to meet you and make it a profitable and enjoyable visit for you."

Mike and his wife Carol are in their 29th year of marriage. They have a daughter Lauren, who just graduated from college. Mike’s passions are the church and teaching Bible study at his home for the last four years. He also enjoys building and remodeling - something that never seems to come to an end. And along with that, he can’t forget his other passion - buying tools.
