The year 2006 is going to be exciting for AAA Central Penn members, clients and staff! As many of you are aware, your club recently announced a major expansion to the Harrisburg office building located at Progress Avenue and Paxton Church Road.

A review of our facilities indicated the need to improve ease of access to our services, plan for future growth and do a better job of providing excellent service to our members and clients. Therefore, our main objective in making this investment is to continue improving our ability to meet and exceed AAA Central Penn member expectations for first-class service and products. Centralizing our corporate office was a key factor in assuring that end result.

Several surveys and research studies were performed to assist your Board and staff to make the correct decision. Those efforts and a great deal of analysis provided us with valuable insights which led to our final decision of expanding the facilities at our Progress Avenue location. We are confident that decision will yield many dividends for our Club, its members and clients in the present and future.

In addition to the advantages for our members and clients, the larger facility will provide a centralized administrative and distribution center, as well as create a centralized meeting facility, with much-needed space for staff training sessions. As we continue to grow, the enlarged space will become an ever bigger asset.

Your new facility will be cost effective while first-class in design and function. We are sure AAA Central Penn members and staff will view the new facility with a feeling of pride and satisfaction, never losing sight of the primary reason for expansion - helping us do a better job of serving you.
