Cinnamon Roll Smoothie
Tired of your morning bacon-egg and you love cinnamon rolls? Why not create your own Cinnamon Roll delicious drink. Here is a recipe that can satisfy you, fill you with energy and above all a great way to replace heavy meals in order to lose weight around your ties and belly.
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek or Soy yogurt
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 frozen banana that you sliced and put in the freezer the night before
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
